Pants and shirt outfit

This outfit is made for girls and boys. (girls picture to be posted soon!)
The applique is made with the same material the pants are made out of.
The girls pants can have ruffles around the bottom and the boys can have a cuff.
There is also the option of having them shorter to make shorts.
